ICS Industrial Cooling Systems

ICS Industrial Cooling Systems A/S was created by the merger of ICS Roskilde A/S and ICS Industrial Cooling Systems A/S (Vojens). Both companies have long histories in the industry.

ICS Roskilde A/S was established in 1967 under the name Klaus Krusaa Køleanlæg, while ICS Industrial Cooling Systems A/S was established in 1997 in the Danish town of Vojens.

On 1 October 2013, the two companies merged to form ICS Industrial Cooling Systems A/S. The company is jointly owned by Jan Lund Pedersen, Managing Director, and Lars Christiansen, Technical Director.

ICS Energy A/S

Prior to the merger, the two owners established ICS Energy, a sales company tasked with promoting the sale of industrial heat pumps. This company has continued after the merger in the form of an independent subsidiary/sales company. After a couple of years the sales company ICS Energy A/S was dissolved and the activities of promoting and selling heatpumps under the ICS Energy name was included in ICS A/S.
